When I saw the picture in your text, I thought the bouquet wasn’t exactly what I requested but it was beautiful. When the recipient sent me an actual picture, it was nice but I was disappointed that it was smaller than I expected. I was very happy that you didn’t forget the baby’s breath, because that definitely made the bouquet look fuller. The important thing is that the recipient really enjoyed receiving it.

I'm sorry it appeared smaller than you expected; we did our best to match your request for light pink carnations with baby's breath and greenery, and lately rising flower costs can affect size for the same price. $50 will tend to be on the smaller size. We appreciate your understanding and your feedback helps us keep improving.

The conversation on the phone was excellent.The the person I spoke to even told me that the address I have is wrong meaning he checked it while he was with me on the phone. It was delivered very very quick. And the flowers looks beautiful and fresh.
