The conversation on the phone was excellent.The the person I spoke to even told me that the address I have is wrong meaning he checked it while he was with me on the phone. It was delivered very very quick. And the flowers looks beautiful and fresh.

Delivery Timeframes
Same‑day delivery is offered for orders placed before the posted cutoff time.
Exact delivery times are not guaranteed. Morning or afternoon delivery windows may be requested for additional fees.
Funeral, event, and time‑sensitive deliveries receive priority scheduling.
Recipient Availability If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the driver may:
Contact the recipient and/or sender
Leave the arrangement in a secure, weather‑safe location
Leave the arrangement with a neighbor If no safe option is available, the order will be returned to the shop and redelivery will be arranged. Additional fees may apply.
Weather Restrictions In cases of extreme heat, cold, or severe weather, deliveries may be delayed or adjusted to protect the quality of the arrangement. Jacqueline’s Flowers & Gifts reserves the right to modify delivery timing for safety and product integrity.
