In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Very beautiful!!! Ordering it was great as when I placed the order, suggestions were given to me; It was to my Nurse Practitioner in the office. So to make it a lower for placement on a desk was perfect! Beautiful arrangement even a '"wow" from a guy. Reason this is the florest I use!!!!! This is my first time ordering from Jacqueline’s. I ordered a flower arrangement for a family member. It was a “Cheer Up Your Day” kind of thing. The arrangement was exactly what I wanted for her! It had roses, carnations and sunflowers. It was bright and cheery, and she loved it! The store & delivery staff were terrific. The person I had the flowers sent to wasn’t home when they attempted to deliver. They called her, and then they called me. When I couldn't get ahold of her, I called her daughter and she spoke with the vendor, who made arrangements to deliver at a better time. They went above and beyond to make sure the flowers were delivered safely that day.
