In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Beautiful arrangement and incredibly fast. I chose the “designers choice” since the flower selection was not important to me, and the arrangement was beautiful. Our experience with Jacqueline’s was great from beginning to end. We ordered balloons for a party we hosted. They delivered exactly what we ordered on time and as ordered. The owners of Jacqueline's provided exceptional service and were very responsive despite this being the busiest week of the year for florists. They also created an absolutely beautiful flower arrangement that brought a lot of pleasure to my mother. I stopped at Jaqueline flower shop for a get well flower gift and I was greeted by a young man with a smile! I explained what and when I wanted and wow!
