The purple butterfly added to our bouquet was exceptional. How did you know?! ?

----
Florist's Response:

We're ecstatic the purple butterfly was a perfect touch. We love adding small surprises to bouquets and were glad it matched your style. Hope we can brighten your next occasion the same way.

When I saw the picture in your text, I thought the bouquet wasn’t exactly what I requested but it was beautiful. When the recipient sent me an actual picture, it was nice but I was disappointed that it was smaller than I expected. I was very happy that you didn’t forget the baby’s breath, because that definitely made the bouquet look fuller. The important thing is that the recipient really enjoyed receiving it.

----
Florist's Response:

Thanks so much for the thoughtful review - we're glad the recipient loved the bouquet and that the baby's breath helped give it that full look. I'm sorry it appeared smaller than you expected; we did our best to match your request for light pink carnations with baby's breath and greenery, and lately rising flower costs can affect size for the same price. $50 will tend to be on the smaller size. We appreciate your understanding and your feedback helps us keep improving.

The conversation on the phone was excellent. The the person I spoke to even told me that the address I have is wrong meaning he checked it while he was with me on the phone. It was delivered very very quick. And the flowers looks beautiful and fresh.
