I ordered a floor basket for a funeral and it was absolutely gorgeous. We had a group going in on the arrangement so of course getting it together was last minute. I placed the order the day before (and on a Sunday) and the arrangement was fantastic. I ordered online but called the day before to ensure delivery to the church at 9 am wouldn't be a problem. The staff were friendly and assured me they would get there on time. At the service, the flowers were even better than the picture! Recipient Availability If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the driver may:
Contact the recipient and/or sender
Leave the arrangement in a secure, weather‑safe location
Leave the arrangement with a neighbor If no safe option is available, the order will be returned to the shop and redelivery will be arranged. Additional fees may apply.
Weather Restrictions In cases of extreme heat, cold, or severe weather, deliveries may be delayed or adjusted to protect the quality of the arrangement. Jacqueline’s Flowers & Gifts reserves the right to modify delivery timing for safety and product integrity.
Substitutions Occasional substitutions of flowers, containers, or materials may occur due to seasonal availability. Substitutions will maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of the selected design.
