My wife is a Registered Nurse so works night shifts a lot, unfortunately she slept through delivery as a surprise for Valentines Day - Jacqueline's Flowers ended up not leaving them outside as the weather wasn't pleasant and nicely enough, without prompt, redelivered them later whilst my wife was awake which was lovely. Ordered from them numerous times and always a lovely bouquet and go out of their way to please their customers 5 stars and thank you for making my wifes day! ---- Florist's Response: We aim to please, love hearing from customers when we make good on that!
