Gorgeous flower display. Only reason not 5 stars is because the flowers started dying about 2 days after they were delivered ---- Florist's Response: thanks William. Please keep in mind to check water levels, because if a stem isn't reaching the water, it can get very thirsty. Also each flower has it's own shelf life, meaning not all the flowers will last the same amount of time, and if you take out the spent blooms, you'd be surprised how well the arrangement still looks. With that being said, they should have lasted more than two days. In the future, please do not hesitate to reach out to us so that we can rectify the issue timely.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Exact delivery times are not guaranteed. Morning or afternoon delivery windows may be requested for additional fees.
Funeral, event, and time‑sensitive deliveries receive priority scheduling.

Contact the recipient and/or sender
Leave the arrangement in a secure, weather‑safe location
Leave the arrangement with a neighbor If no safe option is available, the order will be returned to the shop and redelivery will be arranged. Additional fees may apply.
