I will definitely use Jacqueline's Flowers & Gifts again. The ordering process was easy and the delivery was efficient, especially because I ordered the arrangement on a Sunday morning and it was delivered before 3 pm the same day. Prettier than the picture online! It was such a vibrant and happy arrangement to celebrate my mother-in-law's 95 birthday. I also appreciate that Jaqueline's staff is always available by phone to help (and call back when you leave a message) as this year I had a typo on the card that had to be fixed last minute. ---- Florist's Response: We love to hear that !
